Store Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a Store Associate specializing in Glazing & Aluminium Works to join our team in Gurugram. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibility will be managing a diverse range of materials such as screws, bits, and rubber in multiple sizes. You will be in charge of overseeing the inward and outward stock movement, maintaining proper Excel tracking, and coordinating with laborers to track material allocation. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring inventory precision. It will be your duty to inspect the proper usage of materials to prevent wastage and verify the integrity of returned materials from the site or laborers. Additionally, you will be tasked with setting up the store from scratch and ensuring a systematic arrangement of materials for easy accessibility. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in store management, particularly in the aluminium/glazing industry. You should possess a strong hands-on knowledge of setting up a store from the ground up and be proficient in handling various types of stock. Excellent coordination skills with site laborers, along with the ability to manage material flow and accountability, are essential requirements. Proficiency in Excel for maintaining in/out registers, conducting stock counts, and generating reports is crucial. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing the store using modern tools and techniques, coupled with practical experience in the field.
