As a Store Associate for Glazing & Aluminium Works, your primary role will involve handling a large stock of diverse materials such as screws, bits, and rubber in multiple sizes. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking full responsibility for inward & outward stock movement and ensuring proper Excel tracking - Directly coordinating with labour to track which worker took what material - Maintaining accurate stock records, performing regular stock counting, and ensuring inventory accuracy - Inspecting the proper usage of materials and preventing wastage - Verifying the integrity of returned materials from site/labour - Managing the store setup from scratch and ensuring a systematic arrangement of materials To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in store management, preferably in the aluminium/glazing industry - Strong hands-on knowledge of setting up a store from scratch - Expertise in handling & maintaining diverse stock types - Ability to coordinate with site labour, manage material flow, and ensure accountability - Proficiency in Excel for maintaining in/out registers, conducting stock counts, and generating reports - Experience in managing a store using modern tools - Only candidates from Delhi NCR will be considered Additionally, you should possess qualities such as responsibility, alertness, and organizational skills.
