STORE ASSISTANT / OFFICER

As a Store Executive with at least 2-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company, your role will involve managing inventory, maintaining proper storage conditions for pharmaceutical products, and issuing materials as per requisitions. Your responsibilities will include: - Inventory Management: - Receive, inspect, and verify incoming pharmaceutical goods against invoices or purchase orders. - Storage & Organization: - Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanliness) for pharmaceutical products. - Issuing Materials: - Issue raw materials and finished goods as per requisitions. - Record and update all stock transactions in the inventory management system. - Documentation & Records: - Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and expiry dates. - Assist in maintaining batch records, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), and other regulatory documents. - Regulatory Compliance: - Adhere to safety, hygiene, and health standards as per regulatory norms. - Comply with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to store management. - Coordination: - Coordinate with procurement, quality control, production, and dispatch teams. - Notify supervisors about low stock levels, discrepancies, or damaged goods. As a Science Graduate with proven experience in a similar role, your knowledge of retail operations and inventory management, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team, customer service-oriented mindset, and basic computer skills will be beneficial in fulfilling your job responsibilities effectively.
