STORE ASSISTANT / OFFICER

• At least 2-3 Years’ of working experience in the same capacity in store of any pharmaceutical company
• Science Graduate with Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills

Job Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming pharmaceutical goods against invoices or purchase orders.

2. Storage & Organization: Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanliness) for pharmaceutical products.

3. Issuing Materials: Issue raw materials and finished goods as per requisitions.Record and update all stock transactions in the inventory management system.

4. Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and expiry dates. Assist in maintaining batch records, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), and other regulatory documents.

5. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to safety, hygiene, and health standards as per regulatory norms. Comply with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to store management.

6. Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, quality control, production, and dispatch teams. Notify supervisors about low stock levels, discrepancies, or damaged goods.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
