Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Assistant role based in Trivandrum. The Store Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and ensuring products are displayed attractively. Additional tasks include assisting with restocking inventory, supporting promotional activities, and training new team members as needed.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist customers effectively and create a welcoming environment
Proficiency in Retail Sales and demonstrated ability to process transactions accurately
Strong Organization Skills to maintain a well-ordered and visually appealing store environment
Experience in training new team members and a willingness to collaborate with the team
Ability to multi-task, stay motivated, and work in a fast-paced setting
Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent educational background
