Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Office Support :

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in office premises (workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms).
Serve water, tea/coffee, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and management as required.
Assist in handling courier, files, and internal documents.
Support pantry management: ensure adequate stock of beverages, snacks, and utensils.
Set up meeting rooms before and after use (arranging chairs, refreshments, stationery). - Assist in minor office errands and vendor coordination as directed.

Farmhouse / Guest House Support :

Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
Ensure cleanliness of dining area, rooms, and service zones.
Serve food and beverages as per standards and guest requirements.
Maintain crockery, cutlery, and pantry/kitchen equipment neatly.
Assist in table setups, buffet arrangements, and clearing after meals.
Follow safety and hygiene standards in all guest service areas.

General Requirements :

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
Prior experience as Office Boy / Steward / Housekeeping staff preferred.
Basic communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi).
Polite, disciplined, and service-oriented.
Physically fit to handle standing/walking tasks for long hours.
Willingness to work in shifts and flexible timing (office and guest house needs).
