Job Summary: The Senior Associate - Admin and Facilities - is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative and facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in administration and facilities management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Monitor stock levels and place timely orders to prevent shortages. Conduct regular inventory audits and generate detailed inventory reports.
