We provide a 3- and 4-star luxurious facilities in very economical prices. We provide much better quality of stay than any other hotel in similar price category. We have a large inventory designed to accommodate big as well as small groups, for business or leisure purpose. We have a room for every category of travelers in budget segment.

Important Information:

• Designation: Food & Beverage Service Associate (Waiter/Steward)
• Joining Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi
• Joining Period: Immediate
• Interview Location: Hotel Sunstar Heritage, WEA, Channa Market, Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110005.
• Working Time: 11Hours (As per the shifts)
• Week Off: 3 weeks off in a month

Job Summary:

We at Hotel Sunstar Group are looking for the F&B Service Associate ensures guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service in the hotel's restaurants, room service, banquets, or bars. This role contributes to a memorable dining experience through quality service and guest satisfaction.

Key Skills:

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve accordingly.
• Ensure cleanliness and setup of dining areas before and after service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist in banquets, events, and special setups as required.
• Honest and dependable
• Calm and composed under pressure
• Neat and presentable appearance
