STEM Trainer (K-12 Education)

As a STEAM Trainer, you will have the exciting opportunity to mentor and train K-12 students in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) education. Your role will involve hands-on teaching using robotics, aerospace, drones, and other STEM tools in school labs. After the training period, you must be open to relocating across India to different schools as per project requirements. Your key responsibilities will include teaching and training K-12 students in STEM/STEAM learning using educational kits, managing and maintaining STEM labs to ensure proper inventory and equipment functionality, collaborating with school management to organize classes, events, and competitions, as well as maintaining student progress records and providing regular updates. Freshers with strong STEM knowledge and good communication skills are welcome to apply. A degree in B.Tech/BE/M.Tech in Aerospace, ECE, Mechanical, or Mechatronics is preferred. Knowledge of coding languages such as C, C++, Python, and MIT Scratch is a bonus, and familiarity with design software like CATIA, SolidWorks, and SketchUp is required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role. During the training period, you will receive a stipend of 9,000 INR along with a 3,000 INR allowance for food and stay per month. Post-training, the annual CTC ranges from 3.6 to 3.8 LPA with additional incentives of up to 1 LPA.
