Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali district for a STEM Trainer. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for delivering effective STEM learning modules, conducting hands-on practical sessions, and facilitating workshops. They will also develop and adapt training curricula, assess learner progress, and maintain training records. Additionally, they will collaborate with other trainers to enhance program content and ensure alignment with industry needs.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in STEM subjects, including Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
• Experience in teaching, training, or curriculum development
• Expertise in delivering hands-on workshops and practical sessions
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage and motivate learners with diverse academic backgrounds
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, or a related discipline (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus)
• Familiarity with skill development programs or government-led training initiatives is beneficial
• Previous experience working in rural or urban training settings is an advantage
