Overview

A global AI research initiative is seeking doctoral-level experts in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or related STEM disciplines to evaluate and refine the performance of advanced large language models (LLMs). This role involves assessing the scientific accuracy, reasoning depth, and technical clarity of AI-generated responses across graduate-level content.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM-generated outputs for scientific rigor, factual accuracy, and logical soundness
• Review answers across topics including molecular biology, quantum mechanics, classical physics, organic chemistry, and more
• Use structured rubrics (8–10 criteria) to rate responses and write brief, critical feedback
• Flag reasoning errors, conceptual gaps, and scientific inaccuracies
• Work independently and asynchronously using provided tools and guidelines

Candidate Profile

• PhD or current PhD candidate in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or a closely related field

• Familiarity with graduate-level curricula and research-based problem-solving

• Strong written communication and an eye for analytical detail

• Ability to evaluate scientific arguments and technical writing with precision

• Comfort working independently in a remote, async environment
• Basic familiarity with Python is a plus (not required)

Compensation
