Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a STEM Mentor located in Gwalior, Kanpur, Lucknow, Delhi NCR and many other parts of India. The STEM Mentor will facilitate learning and engage students in STEM subjects, guide project-based activities, and encourage innovative thinking. Responsibilities also include curriculum development, providing feedback, and supporting students' academic growth and interests in STEM fields. Additionally, the STEM Mentor will collaborate with other educators and stay updated on the latest educational trends in STEM.

Qualifications

• Experience in STEM education, including teaching and mentoring
• Knowledge in curriculum development and educational planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities
• Proficiency in the latest STEM educational tools and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or Education
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
