Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions for school students across subjects including STEM, Robotics, Electronics, Aeromodelling, and Coding.
  
• Deliver well-structured lessons focused on experiential learning, innovation, and real-world applications.
  
• Design and develop comprehensive, grade-specific curriculum content, DIY projects, and activity-based learning modules.
  
• Evaluate student performance through regular assessments, assignments, and practical demonstrations to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  
• Maintain discipline, enthusiasm, and a professional learning atmosphere within the classroom.
  
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and curiosity-driven environment that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork among students.
  
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching methodologies and integrate new technologies into the learning process.
  
• Ensure adherence to institutional guidelines and uphold the organizations vision for quality STEM education.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech

  in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related fields.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience as a

  STEM/Robotics/Electronics/Coding Trainer

  is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of

  Arduino, Raspberry Pi, C Programming, Python, Embedded Systems

  , etc.
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  .
• Proficient in using computers, internet, email, and tools such as MS Office.
  
• Must be

  attentive, adaptable

  , and possess a

  solution-oriented mindset

  .
• Should have a

  positive attitude

  , willingness to learn, and a passion for mentoring students.

• Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
