State Technical Services Manager - Trade Sales

As a State Technical Services Manager in Trade Sales, your role will involve engaging with structural consultants, architects, and practicing engineers at the district and state levels. You will conduct seminars with Engineers and Architect Associations to recommend our brand and conduct training for both internal (TSE, ASO) and external stakeholders (Mason, contractor, practicing engineers). Your responsibilities will include resolving product quality complaints, conducting benchmarking studies, and managing team productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with structural consultants, architects, and practicing engineers at district and state levels - Conduct seminars with Engineers and Architect Associations for brand recommendation - Provide training for internal (TSE, ASO) and external stakeholders (Mason, contractor, practicing engineers) - Resolve product quality complaints and conduct benchmarking studies - Manage team productivity - Review and monitor performance of TSE and TechVan - Manage influencers productivity by enrolling, activating, and generating business - Plan TS activities budget and generate reports for Regional and National TS head - Conduct joint market visits with all TSE at least once a month Qualifications Required: - Diploma/ B.E./ B.
