State Technical Services Manager - Trade Sales

As a State Technical Services Manager in the Trade Sales function, you will play a crucial role in engaging with structural consultants, architects, and practicing engineers at both district and state levels. Your responsibilities will include conducting seminars with Engineers and Architect Associations to recommend our brand, as well as providing training for both internal (TSE, ASO) and external stakeholders (Masons, contractors, practicing engineers). You will be responsible for resolving product quality complaints, conducting benchmarking studies, and managing team productivity efficiently. Additionally, you will review and monitor the performance of TSEs and TechVans, while also managing the productivity of influencers by focusing on enrollment, activation, and business generation. Budget planning for TS activities and generating reports for the Regional and National TS head will be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will be required to participate in joint market visits with all TSEs at least once a month. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Diploma/ B.E./ B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering with 10-15 years of experience in the field. The position offers a competitive CTC range of 10-17 LPA and is located in Siliguri.,
