Lead and manage the technical evaluation process for Loan Against Property (LAP) proposals across the state
Conduct property inspections, valuations, and legal verifications to ensure adherence to company standards Coordinate with credit, risk, legal, and operations teams for smooth loan processing and decision-making Review and approve valuation reports from empaneled technical agencies while ensuring compliance with internal policies Ensure timely turnaround for all technical evaluations and maintain quality control over vendors Manage and monitor the empaneled valuers and technical partners, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to SLAs Train and guide regional technical teams to maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance in assessments
