,,Officers, the of Job Purpose: To drive business growth for the Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical across the assigned region by leading a team, managing channel partners, and ensuring high productivity with quality sourcing and risk compliance. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Drive LAP business in the assigned region through direct channel and connectors Identify and onboard new sourcing partners and high-potential geographies. Monitor and achieve disbursal targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers, Branch Sales Managers, Sales Managers and Relationship officers. Set goals, track performance, and provide ongoing coaching and support. Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with connectors, and other vendors such as Legal, Technical and RCU. Ensure partner training, regular engagement and resolution of their queries. Credit & Risk Coordination: Liaise with credit and operations teams for smooth file processing. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal risk and underwriting guidelines. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Analyse competitor offerings and customer feedback to optimize pricing and product features. Suggest changes in sourcing strategy based on local market trends. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 10 years experience in LAP sales, preferably in affordable housing or Micro/Rural LAP Strong knowledge of the LAP product, credit underwriting, and local market dynamics. Good team leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage targets under pressure. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
