Job Description

Role:

  • Manage and engage with customers for Commercial Vehicles (CV) and Construction Equipment (CE) products with exposures ranging from 1 Cr to 5 Cr.
  • Monitor portfolio performance with a focus on early delinquency trends (6-month) and long-term book performance (12-month) to identify quick mortality risks.
  • Implement corrective measures to mitigate credit risks proactively.
  • Conduct regular meetings to understand customer needs, credit behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Review and approve credit deviations up to Level 2 as per the matrix.
  • Ensure adherence to TAT for credit-related processes and approvals.
  • Collaborate with Business team to improve sourcing quality by sharing the portfolio performance analysis.
  • Liaise with the Collections team to identify negative indicators, market trends, and product-specific challenges.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen credit policies and reduce delinquency rates
  • Ensure strict compliance with credit policies, organizational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • TVR (tele verification report) with customer for less than 1 Cr exposure deals.
  • Responsible for decisioning of all deals up to 60 Lakhs exposure.
  • Responsible for Maintaining pre approval File quality - Credit related.
  • Responsible Various MIS Circulation for the state - TAT MIS, Approval / Rejection MIS, Rejection Analysis.
  • Meeting the critical OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and TA (Trade Advance) Dealers - State - to understand the business projection & market trend.
  • Branch Credit Manager/Credit Co-Ordinator Team recruitment, Training and Monitoring.
  • Conduct detailed risk assessment of borrower profiles, collateral, and market conditions to support sound credit decisions.
  • Evaluate proposals with a risk-based approach, ensuring alignment with asset quality objectives and mitigating exposure to high-risk segments.

Educational Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Graduation (Mandatory)/ MBA/Post Graduation (Preferred).
  • Minimum 9+ years relevant experience in NBFC (Preferred)/ Bank.
  • Strong knowledge of Credit Underwriting experience in vehicle finance business
