Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Drive the car loan business through a dealer network, covering both new and used cars.
Manage and lead a large on-ground sales team including Business Development Managers (BDMs), Relationship Managers (RMs), and Executives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealerships to enhance business growth.
Ensure monthly disbursement and market penetration targets are consistently achieved.
Monitor team productivity, maintain portfolio quality, and ensure adherence to Pre-Delivery Documentation (PDD) norms.
Coordinate effectively with credit, operations, and collections teams to streamline processes.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and support onboarding of new channels to expand reach.
