The State Head Business & Credit - Rajasthan position at ParivartanEra Financial Services Pvt Limited is a full-time role based in Jaipur. As the State Head, you will be responsible for achieving Business Targets, hiring productive Relationship Managers (RMs), overseeing credit management, credit risk management, and portfolio management specifically for the state of Rajasthan. Your main duties will involve developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective credit risk management and finance operations. You will need to demonstrate Business Target Achievements with a minimum Productivity level per RM of 25 lacs disbursement Month-over-Month (MOM). Additionally, you should possess strong skills in Credit Management, Credit Risk Management, analytics, and financial knowledge. Experience in Portfolio Management is also required for this role. To excel in this position, you must have strong leadership and managerial abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration within a team environment. The minimum educational requirement for this role is a Bachelor's degree along with an MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Moreover, prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in MSME Micro Lap at 25% ROI bucket, is mandatory. The compensation package for this role is in the range of 10 - 12 lacs with an additional 25% of CTC as an incentive based on achieving Key Result Areas (KRAs) related to Business, Collection, and Credit targets on a Month-over-Month basis.,
