Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam for a State Head – Business at BNKHUB. The State Head will be responsible for leading the company's business operations within the assigned state. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, overseeing financial operations, leading a team of professionals, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving overall business growth in the region. The role will require collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Revenue

Drive business expansion across all districts in Kerala.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Identify new growth opportunities, high-potential towns, and untapped markets.

Ensure consistent growth in active outlets and transaction volume.

2. Channel & Partner Management

Manage and grow the network of BSPs, channel partners, and merchant outlets.

Conduct regular partner visits, reviews, and performance evaluations.

Resolve partner concerns and ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Expand phygital banking penetration through strong field engagement.

3. Team Leadership

Build, lead, and mentor a team of Area Managers, Business Managers, and Field Executives.

Monitor productivity, provide training, and ensure goal alignment.

Drive high-performance culture and discipline across the team.

4. Operations & Compliance

Ensure all business activities are compliant with banking/fintech guidelines.

Oversee settlement issues, service delivery, and quality standards.

Coordinate with central operations for smooth execution and reporting.

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy

Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs across Kerala.

Recommend strategic inputs for product enhancements and new launches.

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
