State Collection Manager - Unsecured Loans

As a Collections Manager, your role will involve overseeing collections performance and ensuring timely resolution of arrears and bucketwise resolutions. You will be responsible for managing a team of ARMs/BRMs/TLs & CFEs to execute strategies for improving day-to-day collection performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and analyzing collection parameters such as arrear resolution, roll forward rates, loan loss provisioning, and collection costs. - Designing ground level plans for implementing team strategies and ensuring smooth execution of planned strategies/drives by the Head Office/Zonal Office. - Conducting periodic performance reviews of ARMs/BRMs/TLs & COEs to track progress towards collection targets. - Monitoring the requirement of receipt books/HHTs, mobile app codes, and repo kits for the region. - Supervising the deposition of collections by the team and tracking daily productivity MIS for analysis and reporting to higher management. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience in collections management or related roles through teams, channels, and vendors. - A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in managing Unsecured Loan collections. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to collections. - Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
