Key Responsibility:- Talent Sourcing : Proactively source and identify qualified IT candidates through various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, etc.), focusing on both contract-to-hire and permanent roles. Recruiting & Screening : Conduct in-depth interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates for technical roles such as software developers, systems administrators, network engineers, and more. Client Engagement : Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand specific hiring requirements, including technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for both contract and permanent roles. Contract-to-Hire Placement : Manage the contract-to-hire process, ensuring smooth transitions for candidates who may convert to full-time employees. Provide support and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the contract period. Candidate Negotiation : Handle offer negotiations, including salary expectations, benefits, and contract terms, ensuring both parties are aligned and satisfied. Pipeline Management : Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future openings, prioritizing contract-to-hire opportunities.
