Job Summary

Staffing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Build the staffing vertical from scratch, including processes, team structure, and client base.
  • Identify potential clients across industries and generate business opportunities.
  • Conduct field visits and client meetings to pitch staffing solutions and close deals.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and staffing service agreements.

Operations & Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and staffing operations.
  • Ensure timely sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and fulfilment.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming mandates.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across all staffing engagements.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Define KRAs, hiring plans, and performance metrics for the staffing division.
  • Train recruiters on sourcing strategies, client management, and process excellence.

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build scalable processes, SOPs, and documentation for the staffing vertical.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment (mandatory).
  • Strong experience in client acquisition and building accounts from scratch.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take complete ownership.
  • Experience in managing a team is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment process, compliance, and client management.
