Role & responsibilities Job Title: Head of Accounts Company: Infinite Tirupati Glass Pvt. Ltd. Industry: Building Material / Glass Manufacturing & Trading Location: Rohtak , Haryana Experience Required: 510 Years Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Management & Accounting Oversee all accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation. Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Maintain accurate books of accounts as per company policies and statutory norms. 2. Budgeting & Financial Planning Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control across multiple warehouses and business locations. 3. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings. Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits. Maintain all financial documentation and ensure accuracy of returns. 4. Team Management Lead and mentor the accounts team across branches. Establish financial discipline and streamline reporting processes. Implement ERP/Tally systems and improve internal control procedures. 5. Banking & Finance Coordination Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Oversee loan documentation, LC management, and fund utilisation. Support management in fundraising or credit limit discussions. 6. Management Reporting Prepare MIS reports, profitability statements, and variance analysis. Present financial insights to the Director for decision-making and expansion planning. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, Income Tax, MS Excel Experience in inventory-based business or trading companies (preferably Building Material / Glass / Construction industry) Leadership, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA / CMA (Preferred) ---about Company: > Infinite Tirupati Glass Pvt.
