Job Description

As a data-driven marketing professional, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing strategic data initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the roadmap for data enrichment and acquisition initiatives, ensuring Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buying committee coverage. - Evaluate, select, and manage third-party data vendors (e.g., ZoomInfo, Smarte, i4Business) to enhance data quality and maximize ROI. - Provide consistent reporting and detailed analysis on account and contact data quality, health, and coverage. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enrichment tools into CRM and MAP platforms and ensure data governance best practices. - Create enablement programs for Marketing, SDRs, and Sales teams to confidently use enriched data for campaigns and pipeline generation. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Management within SaaS/B2B enterprise software. - Strong knowledge of account and contact enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Smarte, i4Business, Demandbase, etc. - Hands-on expertise with CRM and MAP systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua. - Proven experience in managing large-scale datasets with a focus on data hygiene, deduplication, and coverage. - Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver insights. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
