Team Role

The Data Analytics Business Unit at ServiceNow is a dynamic, cross-functional organization focused on building scalable data platforms, advanced analytics capabilities, and AI-driven solutions. The unit spans multiple product pillars including:

Workflow Data Fabric
Data Catalog Governance
Integration Hub
Stream Connect
Zero Copy Connectors
Platform Data Management Observability
Distributed Systems Graph APIs

What you get to do in this role:

You ll identify problems other missed, make reasoned decisions with imperfect or ambiguous information, and be proactive in identifying the best path forward
Advocate and champion design thinking and methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle.
Work on new, complex, high-priority initiatives while remaining flexible and meeting tight deadlines
Apply your breadth of experience to model, prototype, and iterate on our existing solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
Proven experience building solid, trusting relationships with executives, development teams, product management, stakeholders, cross-functional development groups, and peers.
Ability to manage complex engineering programs cross-team dependencies, risks, organize and communicate key dates to relevant team members.
Exceptional team building and team management skills, including interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and negotiation, consensus building, negotiation, and persuasion skills
History of successfully managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Agile lifecycle management tools, online whiteboard and collaboration platforms, and similar applications.
PMI-ACP, Agile, or scaled agile certifications (SAFe SPC or RTE) and experience leading and coaching teams and release trains in scaled agile principles and practices.
Track record of successfully coaching teams to establish/mature SDLC processes to improve delivery.
Experience utilizing ServiceNow products to keep projects organized, track metrics, and report on progress.

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally supporting database teams who operate in a highly automated environment.
BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other equivalent combination of education and experience.
