Job Description


  • Independently run sub-projects of programs or own short term projects.

  • Take input from stakeholders about projects and program components and use this data to influence technical decisions as well as refine processes

  • Effectively break down projects and communicate the plan/progress to the team and leadership.

  • Hands-on experience of implementing both Waterfall and Agile framework depending on project need.

  • Define and deliver technical roadmaps of larger projects, often involving cross-team dependencies.

  • Execute defined projects to achieve team-level goals.

  • Independently define the right solutions or use existing approaches to solve defined problems

  • Effectively leverage and apply components of process frameworks for the assigned sub-projects and short term projects.

  • Identify risks and issues and manage mitigation and resolution strategies.

  • Adept at organizing daily stand-ups / scrum calls and other project ceremonies

  • Prioritize tasks and adhere to scope, time and budget constraints

  • Escalation management : Internal & External, wherever applicable

  • Collaborates across teams and stakeholders

  • Aware of the end customer, contributes to delivering on key metrics

  • Identify and gather input from others and consider customer needs to make informed and timely decisions


Who you are:


  • Bachelor s degree or a Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology from Tier 1 or Tier 2 schools preferred.

  • 12+ years of end to end technical program management experience handling large technical programs with strong stakeholder management skills.

  • 8+ years of working directly with engineering teams, understanding of Technology, system, and architecture is a must.

  • 3+ years of software development experience

  • Startup experience from companies with 1 million user base is highly preferred.

  • Working knowledge and /or direct experience in working in a technical domain such as software development, system administration, quality engineering, etc.

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

  • Hands-on experience of rolling out IT/ Software Product solutions
