You approach tasks with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic, always acting with empathy and humility. In terms of skills, you should have at least 5 years of experience in software development, including designing, building, and managing high-scale, mission-critical real-time production systems. Proficiency in C/C++/C#, a good understanding of contact center operations, strong knowledge of recording solutions, and deep expertise in integration with major telephony systems are essential. Hands-on experience with various protocols and networking components, along with strong coding skills, troubleshooting abilities, and disciplined documentation practices, are also required. A Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is preferred. Location preference for this role is in India - Bangalore.
