Job Description

Lead the design and implementation of integrating our Observability platform with our DEX platform.
Conduct technical spikes and PoCs to investigate integration paths.
Play a lead role in platform integration work, engineering every aspect of the product across the full stack.
Adhere to engineering standards including CI/CD quality gates, secure SDLC, and observability/SLOs.
Scale the platform to meet the needs of both SMB and large enterprise customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Job Requirements

A university degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is required.
Strong competency in Ruby on Rails and backend technologies such as HAML, Resque, and ActionCable is essential.
Experience with Docker/containerization and event streaming is necessary.
Experience with relational and NoSQL data storage technologies like MySQL and MongoDB is expected.
Experience creating and updating CI/CD pipelines is a must.
Experience working with Azure/AWS cloud services such as Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, and event streaming is preferred.
Experience leading platform migrations and projects to scale SaaS applications is beneficial.
Solid knowledge of Secure SDLC principles, OWASP Top-10 vulnerabilities & remediation, and Threat Modeling is desired.
Understanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns for object-oriented programming is advantageous.
A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset that balances technical excellence with business needs and delivery timelines is valued.
A spirit of lifelong learning and eagerness to tackle new challenges daily is encouraged.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Experience with C++, QT, and Electron is a plus.
Familiarity with AI tools for coding (like Co-pilot) is a plus.
Experience working with network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, SSL/TLS, UDP, SIP, and RTP is a plus.
