Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate acquisition and strategic investment opportunities.
Build connections with regional investors and start-up ecosystems to drive business growth.
Identify, evaluate, and value potential acquisitions and investments.
Lead agreement negotiations and manage post-acquisition integration.
Serve on boards of regional investments and provide strategic guidance.
Work closely with management teams to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate development, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
Strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking, and sound business judgment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience working with financial models and valuing companies.
