Staff Software Engineer - Backend

Requirements Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability in high-traffic, distributed environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative backend solutions. Write clean, maintainable code and conduct peer reviews to uphold engineering best practices. Continuously explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance system architecture and capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a solid grasp of core Java concepts and designing scalable systems. Deep expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Practical experience using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda for application development and deployment. Proven experience in building and operating Distributed Systems within high-performance, low-latency environments. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and their real-world applications. Experience working in PAAS environments, with the ability to leverage cloud-native platforms and services. Proven leadership in mentoring teams and driving engineering productivity and excellence. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and take ownership of complex challenges.
