Job Description

As a Program Analyst at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in program development and implementation by managing processes, procedures, and tools to enhance efficiencies. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating across teams, monitoring timelines, budgets, risks, and priorities to ensure program progress, particularly for significant-sized programs requiring expertise in project management mechanisms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain relationships with third parties or internal customers, facilitating cross-team coordination for large, complex programs. - Facilitate review board meetings, coordinate documentation, and document key discussion points, project plan changes, and stakeholder needs. - Contribute to and update project plans, including priorities, timelines, critical tasks, stakeholder identification, and resource allocation under the guidance of Program Managers. - Collect, analyze, monitor, and maintain budget data, make budget recommendations, and drive closure on budget decisions. - Track progress and execution of multiple deliverables, identify and escalate issues, and manage them to ensure deadlines are met. - Anticipate risks and issues, communicate them to the Program Manager, and collaborate with team members to find solutions. - Analyze complex data and program metrics, create tools and processes to maintain databases, and synthesize data into easily understandable reports for stakeholders. - Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements, tools, and methods under the guidance of Program Managers. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. OR Associate's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of relevant work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant work experience. - Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in relevant fields, 4+ years of experience in creating and maintaining program plans, and 3+ years of experience with program management tools. In this role, you will be working independently with minimal supervision, providing guidance to others, and making decisions that have a moderate impact. Your effective communication skills and ability to convey complex information to individuals with limited knowledge will be essential. You will be responsible for completing tasks that require creativity, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Your role does not include budgetary accountability or influence over key organizational decisions.
