Job Title: Staff Nurse
Location: Sai Teja Multispeciality Hospital, Kothapet, Hyderabad

Job Overview

Sai Teja Multispeciality Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a 25-bedded hospital setting.

Education & Experience

• Minimum qualification: ANM/BSc Nursing or GNM Nursing
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinic with a minimum of 25 beds

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, observe, and record patients’ health and symptoms accurately.
• Create and implement individualised care plans, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and on time.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, reactions to medications, and progress, reporting relevant changes to doctors.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and assist with sample collection and test procedures.
• Provide immediate and advanced care during emergencies.
• Maintain and update medical records and documentation both digitally and manually, as per hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for all patients and staff, adhering to infection control procedures.
• Support junior nurses and coordinate with other hospital departments as needed.
• Take part in maintaining inventory and ordering medical supplies in designated areas.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards in all patient interactions.

Salary

₹10,000–₹16,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
