Handle basic accounting and record-keeping , including cash receipts, billing reconciliation, and expense tracking. Assist patients with inquiries, guide them to the relevant departments, and ensure a pleasant and professional front-desk experience . Manage phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously. Ensure all administrative and operational details are updated, accurate, and well-organized within hospital systems. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the reception area at all times. Handle patient feedback, complaints, or service issues and report to higher authorities when needed. Support the management in day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure confidentiality of patient data. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (preferably with experience in hospital administration). Prior experience with HMIS or similar hospital software is highly preferred. Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi . Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure professionally. Knowledge of basic accounting and Microsoft Office tools .
