Job Title: Staff Nurse Location: Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time (Shift-based) Experience: Freshers welcome; experienced candidates preferred Shift Timings: Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM Job Description: ------------------ We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our diagnostic center in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will assist in patient care, sample collection, and diagnostic procedures while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients. Key Responsibilities: --------------------------- Assist doctors and technicians in diagnostic procedures. Perform phlebotomy (blood sample collection) and other sample collections with precision. Monitor and record patient vitals (BP, temperature, etc.). Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of medical equipment. Maintain patient records and update EMR (Electronic Medical Records) accurately. Provide basic patient care and ensure comfort during procedures. Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly. Handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism. Assist in administrative tasks like billing and inventory management when required. Requirements: ----------------- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM (Registered with KNC) Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a diagnostic lab/hospital is a plus. Skills Required: Proficient in venipuncture and sample handling. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Soft Skills: Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
