Staff Nurse

Seeking Experienced Candidates.

Minimum 1 Year Experience Needed

Key Responsibilities:

• - Patient Care: Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in the hospital, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and developing patient care plans.
• - Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, including collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• - Leadership: Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• - Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, performance monitoring, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
• - Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries ¹ ² ³.

Required Qualifications:

• - Education: Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing, GNM, BSc, or Post BSc.
• - Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
