Preferred Female Staff Nurse

The Staff Nurse – Night Shift is responsible for providing direct patient care and ensuring continuity of care during night hours. The nurse will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist in emergency situations, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess the health status of patients throughout the night shift.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Respond promptly to patient calls, alarms, or emergency codes.
• Document patient care activities and changes in patient conditions in medical records.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes during night hours.
• Collaborate with the on-call physician and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment.
• Follow infection control protocols and hospital policies.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Handover complete and accurate shift reports to the incoming staff.
• Attend to post-operative and critical care patients, ensuring close monitoring.
• Participate in code blue or other emergency response situations as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• License: Valid nursing license/registration with the [Insert country/state nursing council].
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (can be adjusted depending on role level).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
