As a Senior Consultant in the Finance Consulting team at EY, you will play a crucial role in Finance Transformation, Process Automation, Digital Transformation, High Radius Implementation, and Operations Excellence projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Carrying out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Receivables applications projects globally in an individual capacity - Managing the technical and functional aspects of implementing application software - Leading the project through different phases of the project life cycle including Design, Build, Testing, cutover, Go-live, and hyper care - Collaborating closely with functional leads, technical teams, product management, and QA to deploy enterprise-grade solutions rapidly - Creating and maintaining a log of product and operational related issues, reporting on status as required - Being the client expert, understanding their business functions and processes, and communicating their needs to product teams - Assisting in enhancing implementation and training methodologies for future projects - Working in US / Europe / APAC time zones - Coaching and mentoring the team to enable self-organization and encourage collaboration and creativity - Proactively addressing issues arising from time zone differences to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Promoting continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing actions to address improvement opportunities globally - Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Desired Skills: - MBA or bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Commerce, or equivalent - Expertise in HighRadius implementations - Finance Transformation experience with expertise in Order to Cash process and HighRadius Implementations - Strong Finance technical skills - Industry/consulting experience is preferred - Experience in Finance process design and improvement within the Finance function - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels - Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones - Familiarity with tools and techniques for remote collaboration - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Demonstrated track record of delivering business value through technology and communicating strategic technical concepts at an executive level Join EY in building a better working world by helping clients create long-term value, fostering trust in the capital markets, and providing innovative solutions to complex global issues.,
