Staff Engineer, Video Firmware

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level requirements and standards are met and exceeded. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leverage advanced Systems knowledge and experience to research, design, develop, simulate, and validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions. - Perform complex functional analysis to drive requirements and specifications and define standards for hardware and software. - Develop and analyze complex system level designs including requirements, interface definition, functional/performance definition, and system implementation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete project work, including implementing and verifying the system. - Develop algorithms and explore new and innovative ideas for product or feature areas. - Drive triage of complex problems at the system level to determine root cause and present results of testing and debugging to stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. - OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. - OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
