Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (Employee Center, ITSM & Service Portal)

Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Developer at Nagarro, you will be responsible for developing technical solutions, implementing integrations with third-party systems, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Your role will involve configuring ServiceNow using scripting, mentoring team members, and effectively communicating with users and technical teams. You will also be required to understand functional requirements, envision solutions, lead/support UAT and production rollouts, and troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs. Additionally, you will be expected to carry out Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure that suggested designs and technologies meet the requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Understand functional requirements thoroughly and analyze clients" needs - Envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements - Determine and implement design methodologies and toolsets - Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities for application development - Lead/support UAT and production rollouts - Create, understand, and validate work breakdown structures (WBS) and estimated effort - Address issues promptly and respond positively to setbacks and challenges - Give constructive feedback to team members and set clear expectations - Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs - Come up with solutions during code/design reviews Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum 7+ years of experience - Strong experience in ServiceNow Development specializing in Employee Center, ITSM, and Service Portal - Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems - Experience in ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps modules - Demonstrated experience in implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party platforms - Strong understanding of ITIL principles - Ability to communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
