Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (Employee Center, ITSM & Service Portal)

You are a skilled ServiceNow Developer with over 7 years of experience, specializing in Employee Center, ITSM, and Service Portal. You have a strong background in developing ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems and a good understanding of ITIL principles. Your ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions is commendable. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding functional requirements thoroughly, analyzing client needs, and envisioning overall solutions for defined requirements. You will play a key role in determining design methodologies, coordinating application development activities, and leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts. Your responsibilities also include creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given tasks, addressing issues promptly, providing constructive feedback to team members, and troubleshooting complex bugs. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting POCs to ensure that the suggested design and technologies meet the project requirements. To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with users and technical teams, and experience in mentoring team members to deliver high-quality results.
