Staff Engineer, Java Fullstack (Angular10)

Role Overview: As a backend developer at Nagarro, you will be responsible for extensive back-end development using Java 8 or higher, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices Architecture. You will also work on front-end applications utilizing technologies like TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular. Your role will involve hands-on experience with REST APIs, caching systems, messaging systems like Kafka, and cloud development. Additionally, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, unit testing, and object-oriented programming principles. Key Responsibilities: - Write and review high-quality code - Understand functional requirements thoroughly and analyze client needs for the project - Envision overall solutions for defined requirements and define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize them - Implement design methodologies and tool sets - Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities for application development - Lead or support UAT and production rollouts - Create, understand, and validate WBS and estimated effort for modules/tasks - Address issues promptly, respond positively to setbacks, and focus on continuous improvement - Provide constructive feedback to team members and set clear expectations - Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs - Propose solutions during code/design reviews and carry out POCs to ensure design/technologies meet requirements Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Additional Company Details: Nagarro is a Digital Product Engineering company known for scaling in a big way.
