Job Description

You are being sought after to join our team as a Senior R&D Engineer at our Navi Mumbai location. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering with an M.Tech./PhD degree from a reputable college. The primary focus will be on the GCS/Commbox/Charger domain, encompassing UAV, Rotorcraft, or Aircraft experiences in Ground/Flight Communication System, Mechanism, Control, Dynamics, and Electro-Optical devices. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate ownership of end-to-end Product Design and development - Implement world-class Safety standards and best practices within a team - Design mechanical/electro-mechanical/robotic systems based on strong technical fundamentals - Utilize various System modeling and simulation methods - Apply a first-principles approach and solid understanding of basic physics concepts Qualifications Required: - M.Tech./PhD degree in Mechatronics, Embedded Hardware/Software Interfaces with a background in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering - Proficiency in NPD, System Engineering, Design Leadership, Product Development, Design Review, DFMEA, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, Simulation, Robotic and electromechanical systems, Structural Analysis, Vibration, Functional Safety, Rotocraft, Battery design, Thermal Management, Battery chemistry, Aerodynamics, Communication Systems, Electro-Optical, Energy Storage, Controls, Gimbal, and Airframe Join us to contribute your expertise and skills towards developing cutting-edge technologies in the aerospace industry.,
