Job Description

Business Analysis & Documentation
Lead requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and documentation (BRD, FSD, use cases, flow diagrams).
Translate business needs into actionable user stories and features.
Conduct 3-Amigos sessions and drive stakeholder alignment.
Agile Delivery
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Daily Standups).
Support Program Increment (PI) planning and backlog grooming.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
UX & Design Collaboration
Work closely with design teams using Figma to prototype and validate user flows and create the designs / mockups using figma and other similar tools as needed
Ensure user-centric design principles are embedded in business requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Present findings and recommendations through compelling presentations.
Build strong relationships across teams and departments.
