Forge, onboard, and nurture strong relationships with DSAs and connectors to drive a healthy and compliant loan portfolio.
Monitor performance through daily/weekly reportstracking sourced files, onboarding new DSAs, and resolving operational or sales-related issues.
Liaise across key internal teamsCredit, Risk, Operations, and Sales Governanceto ensure process compliance and timely disbursals.
Cross-sell relevant loan products and solutions to maximize customer outreach and business yield.
Maintain deep knowledge of mortgage products, especially Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP), to guide DSAs effectively.
Implement incentive and engagement programs (e.g., contests, training) to motivate DSAs toward performance and quality sourcing.
Uphold compliance with regulatory and internal norms to preserve portfolio health and avoid asset delinquency.
