We're looking for a sharp, strategic leader to drive hiring across AI/ML, Web3, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, and more. You'll own the end-to-end TA enginestrategy, team, tools, and execution.

This role isnt just about filling roles; its about spotting trends, building future-ready pipelines, and scaling fast.

What Youll Do

• Lead tech hiring across emerging domains

• Build and manage a team of niche recruiters

• Partner with leadership to forecast & fulfill hiring needs

• Own TA metricstime, quality, cost, diversity

• Elevate employer brand in deep-tech communities

• Innovate hiring strategies across tools, sourcing, and outreach

What You Bring

• 812 yrs in tech hiring; 4+ yrs in emerging tech (AI, Blockchain, etc.)

• Built or led TA functions in fast-growth tech orgs

• Deep networks in the tech ecosystem

• Strong with data, ops, and stakeholder management

• Hands-on when needed; strategic always
