Based in Gujarat, we offer end-to-end private label solutions — from formulation to packaging — for India’s top D2C and personal care brands. Role Description To lead and manage the formulation and development of cosmetic and personal care products while ensuring innovation, regulatory compliance, and product performance. The Sr. R&D Executive will be pivotal in turning ideas into market-ready products through lab work, testing, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities · Lead timely development of new product samples, documentation, scale-up batches, and formulation sheets · Drive cost optimization by creating cost-effective formulations and maximizing reformulation savings · Conduct sensory evaluations, lab trials, and stability testing · Research and apply new ingredients, actives, and formulation trends in line with market needs · Collaborate with production, quality, and packaging teams to ensure smooth product scale-up · Ensure complete regulatory and R&D documentation, deviation handling, and audit preparedness What We Offer · Work in a modern R&D setup equipped with the latest technology · Opportunities for career growth in a fast-expanding organization · Exposure to working with leading Indian and global personal care brands.
