Job Summary The Sr. Process Executive-Ops will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service within the Workers Compensation domain. With a focus on Care Management Policy Administration and Claims the candidate will ensure seamless operations in a hybrid work model. This role requires rotational shifts and demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Workers Compensation. Oversee the Care Management process to ensure efficient handling of cases and timely delivery of services. Manage Policy Administration tasks ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies. Handle Workers Compensation Claims with precision ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices. Utilize technical skills to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Adapt to rotational shifts ensuring consistent coverage and support for clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes. Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for team members. Support hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. Qualifications Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support. Demonstrate experience in Workers Comp Care Management Policy Admin and Claims. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Show proficiency in using relevant software and tools for process management. Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Adapt to rotational shifts and manage time efficiently. Commit to continuous learning and professional development. Certifications Required Certified Workers Compensation Professional (CWCP) or equivalent certification.
