Sr.Manager /AGM-Interiors -Execution hotel project experience)

Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.

• Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders.
• Maintenance of daily records and reporting to contractor and client.
• Check and review the plans and specifications for the proper execution and quality implementation at job site.
• Inspecting works in progress or at completion for final compliance and quality assurance grading.
• Monitoring and inspecting the work of sub-contractors and other third parties.
• Ensuring that all engineering activities are correctly costed and the complete design is delivered to the agreed budget.
• Estimating quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labour to determine project feasibility.
• Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery.
• Manage the entire construction lifecycle of an interior project from construction commencement to handover
• Coordinating with relevant stakeholders Designers, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors (Interior & MEP), etc would form an intrinsic part of this profile.
• Should have experience in managing comprehensive interior fit-out of High-end apartment mock-ups / Club House / Commercial Offices and refurbishment projects.
• Manage the entire construction lifecycle of an interior project from construction commencement to handover.
• Basic knowledge of MEP is a must-have attribute
• Should be capable of managing both Verbal and Written communication as well as preparing necessary trackers/reports.
• knowledge and experience in managing such quality-oriented spaces.
